Lead Acid Battery Incident Handling Drill
In late August 2024, we conducted a "Lead Acid Battery Incident Handling Drill" to ensure we can effectively implement safety measures and handle any emergencies on site efficiently and promptly.
On the day of the drill, all participants wore acid-resistant clothing, goggles, rubber gloves, and rubber boots. The focus was on avoiding sparks and keeping metal objects away from battery terminals. Employees practiced using personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators and safety shoes during spill clean-ups. We also reviewed emergency procedures, such as thoroughly washing eyes and skin if they come into contact with any liquids.
