A) Technical Support Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support data centre facility
- Rack setup & cabling
- Handle customer request and daily operation
- Shift duty is required
Job Requirements:
- F.5 or above, good in English and Mandarin
- Basic computer skills
- Diploma in engineering field an advantage
- Experience in telecommunication industry preferable
B) Assistant System Network Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers in handling Network Operations Center’s daily duties
- Provide customer support service and handle hotline request.
- Perform monitoring on data center networks and systems
- Assist Data Center Supervisor and System/Network Engineer in performing problem diagnosis
- Monitor data center facilities status
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Computer or related discipline
- Fresh gradates will also be considered
- Knowledge in Ms Windows, Linux, Internet, WAN and LAN
Experience in data center or corporate technical support preferable - 7 x 24 shift duty is required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
C) Assistant System Network Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Maintenance Officer in all technical aspects in regard to company facilities
- Ensuring all equipment and machines in good working conditions
- Carrying out regular inspection
- Coordinating with contractors and suppliers
- Assisting in project planning and site coordination
- Handle enquiries and complaints about maintenance works and provide appropriate solutions after investigation
Job Requirements:
- Certificate or above in Electronic / Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering
- Registered Electrical Worker License Grade A and holder of Safety Card a must
- Required to work on shift duty and able to handle emergency independently
